In just three classes we will make the Wiksten Haori Jacket from start to finish. Fully lined, this jacket is fabulous and looks great on just about everybody. With large pockets and a fold-over collar, this oversized jacket is functional, comfortable, and stylish. The design includes three different lengths to choose from: short (hip length), mid (below-hip length), and long (thigh length).
In class one we will discuss sizing options, how to cut out a pattern, and review the sewing instructions. No machines are needed in this session. Class two we will begin the construction of the garment and start the sewing process. Class three we will complete the jacket details and complete the lining.
Advanced beginner sewing skills are needed for this project.
