New England Temperature Quilt
January 11, 2020 @ 10:30 am - 1:00 pm
January 11, 10:30 am to 1:00 pm | $30 | Registration Required
How fun would it be to make this stunning quilt that represents all the temperature variations for an entire year. Join renowned quilting instructor Sarah Brewin who has taught nationally and internationally on January 11 and learn this simple, fast method of making HST (half square triangles).
Each HST represents a temperature. We have included the yardage in colors to correspond with our temperature ranges in our kit, which is available for purchase at the shop.
Once you learn the simple HST technique, you can do many variations of this quilt. For instance, you can make your NE Temperature Quilt with temperature ranges for a single day, week, month, or an entire year. All you need to know is the high and low temperatures for each day.
You will need your sewing machine, ruler, and rotary cutter for this half-day workshop.
